Dustin has been a food lover since he was 16 years old. He first discovered his love for food while working at Cavallaro, an Italian bakery and specialty store on Sherbrooke Street. What he initially thought would be a part time job while at school, actually turned out to be a 6-year eye-opening food experience. It was there that he also discovered a passion for cooking. After his tenure at Cavallaro, he put his culinary skills to work at M:BRGR where he started 2 weeks before they opened, and stayed for the next 8 months. In 2014, Dustin was the winner of the W Networks’s Pressure Cooker, working alongside Duff Goldman. On Pressure Cooker, exceptional home cooks from across the country compete against each other with the help of celebrity chefs to create culinary masterpieces worthy of the world’s fiercest food critics.
