1. What is your favourite Jewish food?
I really love all Jewish food as they remind me of times spent with my family over the holidays. Since being diagnosed with Celiac disease I have not been able to enjoy some of my favourites such as cinnamon Danish, but they have recently come out with gluten free matzoh ball mix which is one of my favourites!
2. What is the strangest thing in your fridge?
That depends on who you ask. Most people would probably say almond flour, flax seed or probiotics. Those are not so strange for me, so I’d say the massive bottles of Frank’s Red Hot and other various hot sauces!
3. What would you eat for your last meal?
Tasty Food pizza (one shipped from Florence would work well too) very well done with lots of hot sauce and French fries on the side. For dessert, the ‘Strawberry and Cream’ from the restaurant Coquette in New Orleans.
