Chocolate addict and health enthusiast, Kelly is a french Foodie, who started her food Instagram and blog My Organic Diary in 2015. Her goal: to educate people that healthy is the new tasty!
Her recipes are free of GMO, refined sugar and processed ingredients and they are of course 100% homemade.
Kelly lived in NYC for 4 years where she studied marketing and advertising and worked in a big publishing company. Convinced by her boyfriend (at the time, now her husband) she decided to focus full time on her passion for new flavors and innovative ideas. Health guru, she now teaches classes and animates workshops about flavorful recipes for our everyday life.

1. What is your favorite Jewish food?
Definitely sweet Moroccan couscous with dried fruits and nuts. I am a huge fan of sweet and sour flavors but the balance needs to be perfect: not to sweet because then you won’t feel the delicate combination.
2. What is the strangest thing in your fridge?
You can find all kinds of food in jar: jalapeno paste, truffle hummus, almond butter, homemade nutella, onion jam… Also I pre-cut all my veggies and I keep them in ziplock bags or in Tupperware because it’s way faster to prepare meals but pretty surprising when you open my fridge!
3. What would you eat for your last meal?
Without hesitation, something made with chocolate !! Chocolate lava cake, chocolate fondant, chocolate and hazelnut cake… Long list!
