After finishing culinary school in Montreal at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, Marlee traveled to Italy to pursue further training by working at a 1 Michelin start restaurant in Southern Tuscany. Her passion for Italian cuisine has led her to work at some of the best Italian restaurants in Montreal. Currently, she works at Graziella: an upscale Italian restaurant in Old Montreal.
