Maxime is 25 years old and lives in NDG. He’s worked at Montreal hot spots Suite 701 and Club Chasse et Pêche. He currently works at Le Renoir in the Sofitel Hotel. Maxime has wanted to be a chef for as long as he can remember. His love for cuisine comes from his grandmother’s plum tart, and he sees cooking as a way to define who you are and your roots. He feels it’s about giving and sharing stories. Maxime loves working with people who have share his same passion for food. To him, there is no feeling like the adrenaline of working in the food industry.
