Rachelle has had an interest in baking for as long as she can remember. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University and working in the field, Rachelle decided to pursue her real passion: Baking. Now studying professional cooking at St. Pius Culinary and Business Centre, Rachelle hopes to learn the skills and build the knowledge necessary to open up her own bakery one day.
