  1. Heat up the oil in a large pan and brown the chicken pieces (proceed in batches if necessary).
  2. Set pieces aside, add garlic to the pan, then add 3/4 of the coriander (reserve 1/4 for final garnish), lemon juice and saffron water. Simmer for 5 minutes on med-high.
  3. Return chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 15 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a serving dish, drizzle with sauce and garnish with thin slices of lemon and fresh coriander. Enjoy!
