Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, salt and olive oil.
  2. Little by little, incorporate cake meal until a ball of dough forms.
  3. Knead with palms for 5-10 minutes, dough should be firm and elastic.
  4. Cover in plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes.
  5. For each serving, cut a small piece from pasta ball, roll with rolling pin as thin as possible.
  6. Using a knife, cut pasta into desired shapes.
  7. Cook in boiling salted water 3-4 minutes.
